Our Direct Response Centre located at HM Plant's headquarters is able to provide our customers with a first point of contact so that any issues or concerns raised can be managed and responded to. All data and logistics are controlled here to ensure a clear line of communication is delivered to both the customer and delegated engineer to guarantee the minimal amount of downtime on site for the customer.

Support on the ground

Our fleet of support vehicles are located strategically nationwide to ensure they are never far from the site of our customers. They are stocked with all the tools, parts and technological equipment that our mobile engineers need to solve any on-site problems and, most importantly minimise the downtime for your team.
