Key Announcement
At the end of 2010, we announced that Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe would be making a significant move to enhance their supply chain of 'Spare Parts' due to the increase in demand from customers.
We are delighted to announce that HM Plant Customers will soon benefit from a new purpose built European Parts Depot that will be situated in Holland. The move will take place in stages across February and March to ensure a smooth as possible transition into the new premises, with the intention that all supply will come from the new depot by the beginning of April.
The purpose of the move is to increase the surface and storage capacity in order to enable HCME to stock a greater number of parts and products – which in turn will mean HM Plant can be even more responsive and reactive to your needs, further enabling us to minimise downtime and logistical issues.
This move represents a major investment by Hitachi to ensure our customers receive the best service and supply for the long term – however, given the size of the operation we apologise in advance for any disruption to our normal business operations in the transitional period.
